Yes that's me. My name is Katlyn and I'm just an average teenage girl.
I go to a small high school with too much drama and too much homework.
But what school isn't that way? none. Exactly.
I have that normal teenage stupid love life:
does he love me, does he not?
Do i love him, do i not?
There seems to always be someone better, but there really not.
Maybe one day i will figure out love, but in the life of a teenage girl, its not so easy.
Music is a very big part of my life. I live for it <3
My ipod is filled with music of all types, from Beethoven to Lady Gaga.
this is a little something that i have wrote-
that girl, music is her life. it was there for her through all the drama, all the breakups, all the fights with her friends. ask her to tell you her favorite song and she will name you ten. to make it through all she needs to do, is put on her headphones. cuz that girl, music is her life. some people watch stories being told on a tv show, this girl listens to the stories told through the songs on the radio. to finish the day, all she needs to do, is put on her headphones.
yes that girl, music is her life. it was there for all the parties, all the road trips, all the afternoons with her buds, tell her to sing along, cuz music's in her blood. all that girl will ever need to do, is put on her headphones.

Friends are exactly what every girl needs, no doubt about it.
And i have some of the best. Of course its my high school years
so many of us are changing and drifting apart, but i expected that to happen.
But through thick and thin your best friend will always be there for you.

When i have nothing better to do, you can find me sitting on the couch reading.
Well sometimes, other times, well lets face it, I'm on facebook.
What teen out there isn't addicted to facebook?
Well probably not many like me, I'm constantly checking my news feed,
some may even say it's unhealthy, but hey, we don't judge.
And when I'm not on facebook or reading, then I'm writing.
Nope I'm not talking about blogging.
I have a book that I'm very proud of. But still in the process of being wrote.
Not many people know about it. Well except for my cousin.
While my cousin is on topic i might as well tell you,
she is the most AMAZING person ever.
She says i have many talents, but i guess there all hidden from me.
As i spend my days as a teenage girl,
my hairstyle changes just as fast as the clothes in my closet,
to keep up with the latest trend.
and my relationship status is always confused,
flipping back and forth from single to not.
I'm staying up late and not getting up early, eating way too much sugar,
but yet somehow staying skinny. Texting so much my thumbs start to hurt,
and posting a status so fast, your never left wondering what I'm doing.
Living my life as a teenage girl,
I'm hanging out with all my friends as much as i can,
and trying to throw the parties everyone asks for.
Strutting down the school hallways trying to look confident,
because everyone only wants to see me fall.
When you have built up a good reputation in high school,
you'll do anything to keep it that way.
But don't let all that fool you, I can be considered a nerd too.
there is never enough time in the day,
to cram in studding for finals.
Working on projects and trying to get an A on a test,
writing papers, and keeping my head straight in my honor classes
is only a small part of my busy bee life.
I have clubs, and committees, and
after school things.
So to clear my head and keep it from getting too jumbled
I like to just stretch out on the couch and watch a starts movie on the weekends.
I'm not exactly the biggest social butterfly,
i do keep most things to myself.
But i can be loud and proud when need be.
(and no i don't live on the beach, i live in a small hick town..
a small hick town that i love so dearly)
well now you have got a glimpse into my life.
But only a peek.
there is still lots about me you don't know,
and since your just some blog reader, u might not need to know.
